Anjali’s journey in endurance sports began with a solid foundation in volleyball, where she was a key player and captain of the IIT Bombay Volleyball Team, leading them to multiple medals. After graduation, she shifted her focus to cycling in 2018, initially as a means of fitness. However, during the lockdown, Anjali was involved in a major car accident while cycling, which ultimately motivated her to fully embrace endurance sports. In just two years, Anjali has made extraordinary progress in her athletic career. She began running in 2022 and expanded into triathlons in 2023, where she achieved remarkable success, including winning her age group at Ironman 70.3 Goa and claiming the overall winner at the KSC Olympic Distance Triathlon in Kolhapur. In 2024, Anjali elevated her cycling career, earning a spot in the Cycling Road Nationals and the National Games 2025 in both Time Trial and Road Race events. Anjali’s versatility has earned her multiple podium finishes in both running and cycling competitions, including races at CEM Pune, AFMC Pune, Apla Pune Cyclothon, and several WSSM Cycling Races. As an athlete who excels in multiple endurance sports, Anjali is deeply passionate about helping others reach their potential. Her dedication, resilience, and extensive experience make her a valuable coach for athletes looking to achieve their goals in the world of endurance sports.
